Getting started
How does it work?
Paste a YouTube link or upload a file. AI transcribes the speech, finds the moments across the whole video most likely to take off, and cuts them into 15–60 second vertical shorts that start and end on full sentences. Each short gets a title and a virality score, ranked best first — keep the ones you like and download them as MP4.
What kind of videos work best?
Anything with people talking: podcasts, interviews, lectures, vlogs, stream VODs. It understands Korean, English, Japanese, Dutch, Italian and Traditional Chinese, and when several people are on screen — or a gameplay stream has a webcam — it splits the vertical frame to match who's talking.
How many shorts do I get?
It scales with the video — about 4 from 10 minutes, about 9 from 30 minutes, up to 12 from an hour. Shorts are picked as the best moments within that video, so even a quieter video still gets its fair share.
Can I use a really long video?
Yes. It scans the audio first and only transcribes the candidate parts, so even an hour-long video takes minutes. Free takes up to 30 minutes, Lite up to 60, and Pro and up have no length limit.
Pricing
Can I use it for free?
Yes. Sign up and make shorts from 3 videos per account (up to 30 minutes each). Free shorts export at 720p with a watermark; every paid plan from Lite exports 1080p without one.
How do the plans differ?
Lite ($4.9/month) gives 1080p without a watermark plus AI-written titles and reviews, for 200 videos every 30 days (up to 60 minutes each). Pro ($15.9), MAX ($29.9) and Ultra ($79.9) per month share the same features and differ only in the AI editing agent's brain and tokens — MAX has 2× Pro's tokens, Ultra 5× with the top AI model.
Is there a yearly discount?
Pro, MAX and Ultra are 30% off when billed yearly. Lite is monthly only.
How do I remove the watermark?
Every paid plan from Lite up exports 1080p without a watermark.
Adding videos
Which links can I paste?
YouTube and Twitch links, Google Drive and Dropbox share links, or a video file from your computer. YouTube and Twitch videos are downloaded by a small helper app on your computer (Shorts Zone Link).
How long are the shorts, and what shape?
15–60 second vertical (9:16) shorts whose start and end land on full sentences, so nobody is cut off mid-word.
What if several people are talking?
The frame follows whoever is speaking, and scenes with two or more people talking back and forth are split automatically. You can adjust each scene in the editor.
Editing, captions and templates
Are captions added automatically?
Yes. Captions come from the speech, and you can change the font, colors, position and highlight style in the editor. From Pro, captions can be translated between Korean, English, Japanese, Dutch, Italian and Traditional Chinese.
What are templates?
A template is the short's layout — pick a built-in one like Fill, Screen share, Gameplay, Title top or Comment short. From Pro, drop in a screenshot or video of a short you like and Shorts Zone turns its format into your own template.
Can I edit the shorts?
Yes. Each short opens in an editor for trims, captions, framing, logo and music, and from Pro you can ask the AI editing agent in plain words.
Does it post to YouTube, TikTok or Instagram?
Direct posting is coming soon. For now, download the MP4s and upload them yourself.
Privacy
Is my video uploaded?
No. Transcribing, cutting and rendering all happen inside your browser on this device. The AI that picks your shorts gets only the transcript text, never the video, and finished shorts are saved on this device too.
